Tofu Fish Cake by Alice Yap

1 pc fish fillet (abt 120g, cut off skin, cut into small pieces and marinate with salt, pepper, sesame oil and Hua Tiao Chiew)
1 pc tofu (mashed)
1tbsp fried shallot flakes
1 tbsp spring onion (diced)
1 egg
1 1/2 tbsp tapioca flour

1/2 tsp coarse black pepper
1/2 tsp salt

1. Combine all ingredients and seasoning together and mix well.
2. Heat up oil in wok. Scoop one tablespoon of no. (1) into hot oil, slightly flatten it and fry till golden brown.
Repeat process.

Note: I use plain flour + corn flour instead of tapioca flour
