Tapioca Kueh by Jensie Tan



A) 620g tapioca (pound), squeeze out the juice
25g corn flour
150g sugar ( I used orange sugar ) if you wan to do pandan colour so half use white sugar half n add in green pandan juices, half orange sugar
150 g Thick coconut milk (First squeeze)
300g diluted coconut milk (Second squeeze )


B) 1 white coconut
1/4 tsp salt
4 pandan leaves

Mix B and steam for 10 mins. Set aside.

Mix A till all combined n pour into the greased tray n steam for 45 min
Can just use spoon to scoop n put into the B n coat with the white coconut
