Singapore's Salad ROJAK by Esther Tho


For sauce :
1 tbsp Prawn paste
2 tbsp of assam water
1 tbsp of blended peanut
A pinch of ginger flower
A few cut of calamansi skin
Juice from 1 calamansi
Chilli paste (optional)

Put all together and mix well and set aside.

Add in your favourite fruits, vegatables, you tiao and taupok.
Mine ingredients are :-
Pineapple
Unripe mango
Turnip (mung kwang)
Cucumber
Bean sprouts(blanched)
You tiao
Taupok

Put all the above ingredient into the sauce and mix till all well coated.
Serve with blended peanut sprinkle on top of it.
Done! Enjoy
