Shredded chicken porridge by Jensie Tan


6 rice cup of rice  (I used premium calrose rice)
2tbs of salt
Two Chicken bone
Two chicken breasts
4salted egg
4century egg
1Fillet pork
1 bowl of minced meat
1 can of abalone
Spring onion
Pepper

1)wash the rice n (Soak the rice with two tablespoon of oil. I use shallot oil. And two tablespoon of salt
Water don't put so much. )

2) use chicken bone n two pieces of chicken breast then boil the chicken for 30 mins take out the breast n shredded chicken for later use
Continues to boil the chicken bone until 45 min .. Syringe the soup out
3 ) put the rice n the soup I add in the abalone the soup also , let it boil n turn to low fire ,
Must keep stirring if not below will stick ,I use cake beater to make about one hour 30 min .. I put dongcai n sesame oil so I never put any salt ( if don like dongcai so must put salt ) 2tbs of corn flour stir with abit water n add n stir in ... Done ...

Scoop the porridge to any pot n add in what ingredients they like .
