Mix one cup of glutinous rice flour with 3/4 cup of water until smooth. Heat up 2 tbsp of oil in a non-stick pan. Add the mixture and let it form a layer of dough before using a pair of disposable chopsticks to fold it. Keep folding until its thoroughly cooked by looking at its colour. It should appear slightly translucent and smooth.

Mix grounded peanuts with sugar and sesame seeds. Coat the dough with peanuts mixture before snipping. Cut into bite size and serve it with more peanuts mixture. Enjoy!
