Minced pork with garlic on cold toufu by Nora Leong

I marinate the pork for an hour at least with 2 tsp soya sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce 1/2 tsp sugar, 1 tsp corn flour, a dash of pepper and 1 tbsp of chinese wine or hua tiao jiu.
Saute garlic till fragrance, add in and stir fry the ingredients for 5 mins. Add a rice bowl of water, simmer for another 5. Serve on cold toufu (rinsed)
