Mao gua with vermicelli by Angela Seah Thulin



Heat oil, fry the minced garlic till fragrant, add the mao gua in, fry till soft, add vermicelli - add salt, msg, pepper, hua tiao jiu - mix them well then u add water in.

Slightly boil already then add the prawns in (salt n pepper to marinate only).

Don't stir to mix first but let it (the prawns) cook awhile then stir to mix n dish up.

Serve!
