Fried Pumpkin puff (bite size) by Esther Tho

3 ingredients only:

Steam pumpkin with skin for 6-10min
(depending the size of your pumpkin. Use stick able to poke from skin in,
means ready)
Mash it while it’s hot and leave a side to cool.
You can make more mashed pumpkin to store for future use.

180g of mashed pumpkin
1 or 2 tbsp of sugar (depend how sweet you want)
75g of self raising flour
Oil for frying

Mix mashed pumpkin and sugar
Add in flour and mix well
Spoon batter to oil and fry till golden brown (low heat)
Done. Enjoy!
