Egg Toufu with minced meat & prawn by Linda Lau


Ingredients

Egg toufu 2
Minced meat 200g
Prawn 10 ( cut into pcs )
Garlic 3 ( finely chopped )
Spring onion ( cut into small pcs)
Soya bean paste 1 tsp
Oyster sauce 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Dark soya sauce 1/2 tsp

Marinate the minced meat with tapioca or corn flour, sesame oil, light soya sauce & pepper for at least 1/2 hr

Methods

Heat up the wok with oil, add garlic & fried...
Add minced meat & 100-150mls of water
Add soya bean paste
Fried till cook
Add egg toufu, prawn, oyster sauce, sugar & dark soya sauce...
Cook awhile & done
Garnish with spring onion
