Chicken Herbal Soup by Jeannie Lee


I used spring chicken but this is a big one I bought from cold storage.
I washed n cleaned the chicken.
Boil half pot of water, once water is boiling, put in the chicken together with the herbs.
I used these 3simple herbs whenever I boiled chicken soup cos my children don't like too herbs smell.
 
These 3 herbs is tasty and when you boil this soup, the whole kitchen smells nice and you just want to quickly get a bowl of soup from the pot.
I boiled for about 2 hours on small heat.
I did not add any seasoning cos the taste of the 3 herbs plus the chicken already give you the pleasant taste.
My family love this and always ask for it.
