Butter cake by Zann Teo

250 gram butter
100 gram sugar can reduced
6 egg medium size
2 tablespoon condense milk
1 tsp vanilla essence
200 gram cake flour
Separate the egg yolk n white .

6 egg white
100 gram sugar

Whisk the butter n sugar tgt till light n fluffy . Add egg yolk one by one . Then add condense milk and vanilla essence mix well . Then add sifted flour .

Whisk egg white . Add sugar gradually .

Add the butter mixture to the egg white mixture . Mix well .
I use 20 cm round tin lined with baking paper .
