15 pcs of mid wings ( marinate with 1 Tbsp thicken dark soya sauce, 1 Tsp light soya sauce, 1 tsp sugar) Ard 20 mins
2 potatoes cut into cube
5-6 Chinese mushroom soaked in hot warm to soften. Remove the stem when it is soft.
1-2 pcs sea cucumbers cut to 2 inches size.
3 gloves garlic ( smashed)
Some fried bean curd skin.
1.use a pot with a little oil to brown the potatoes for abt 5-10 mins. No need to cook thru. Remove when its surface has browned.
2. In same pot, add some oil, put in garlic and chicken wings. Cook for abt 5-10mins to brown the wings.
3. Add ( 2 TBsp dark soya sauce, 1 Tsp light soya sauce, 2 pcs rock sugar or 2 -3tsp sugar. 1-2 tsp salt, 3 bowls water.) let it boiled then simmer with the wings.
4. After 15 mins, add the mushroom(cut 1/2 if big mushroom) and the mushroom water.
After 15 mins, add the potatoes, sea cucumber and bean curd skin. Simmer for another 20-30mins.
5. Check the taste, add salt or sugar if necessary, thicken with some corn flour water if necessary.
