Yakult-flavoured champagne grapes sweet bread by Alvin Sumedha Lee


Bread flour 250g
Cake flour 12g
Yakult (or fresh milk or plain water) 200ml (Mixture of a 100ml bottle of plain and a 100ml bottle of apple)
Sugar 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Unsalted butter 20g
Instant yeast 2 tsp
Rolled oats (optional) 2 tbsp
Champagne grapes (optional) 2 tbsp.
