Ingredients
400g - 500g winter melon, cut into pcs6 pcs dried huai shan
5 pcs wild yu zhu
5 big red date/ 9 small red dates
Wolfberries & barley, A small handful each
6 pcs Ming Mu Yu
4-5 pcs pork ribs, blanched & wash off all scum
Method
Put everything in a slow cooker/ pot/ clay pot. Add sufficient water to cover all ingredients. Bring to boil, remove all scum. Simmer for at least 2 hours. Season with salt(optional) & it ready to serve.
Notes
Benefits: enhance spleen, relieves muscle, expel heat, water retention, lighten dark spots & whiten skin.
