Tomato Beef Stew by David See


Marinate beef with:
1. Oyster sauce
2. Sugar
3. Chinese wine
4. Light soy sauce
5. White vinegar
6. Fish sauce
7. Chopped garlic
8. Spring onion (white section)
Marinate for at least 2 hrs

Heat up oil and fried some chopped garlic, ginger and onion.
Add in beef and when beef is brown enough add in tomato puree and a little water.
When boiled, pour everything into a pressure cooker, add in fresh tomato and cook for 20min.

If want to add carrot or potato, can pour everything back into a normal pot and cook them together.
