Nasi lemak chilli by Jensie Tan


300g big n small chilli
50 garlic
50g shallot
*150g sugar (put aside )
*30g Balacan one small piece
*100g dry anchovies
One onion
*60g dry shrimp blend


1) fry the dry shrimp for 3 min n take out (put aside )
2) fry dry anchovies until abit brown take out (put aside )
3) toasted the balachan (put aside)
4) heat with oil fry the shallot n garlic until brown add in onion n chilli . Fry ,until the colour turn shiny lower the fire add in dry shrimp , balachan , anchovies , n sugar , continue to fry until oil come out , done .... Enjoy ...
