Mango with strawberry agar agar by Jeannie Lee

I used 5gm agar agar powder mixed with 500ml water and bring to boil. Once boil, pour in a pkt of mango pudding mixed and stir well.

No colouring and sugar needed.

Once dissolved, pour into mould and set in the fridge.
