Korean Marinate Chicken Wings 哈韩鸡翅膀 by Lily Tan


(airfryer used: Philips HD9240 Advance XL)

Ingredients:
- 16 pcs of chicken mid-wings

Marinate:
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- half tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 pkt of Lee Kum Kee Korean Marinate

Steps:
1) Marinate chicken wings well and put in fridge for 3-4 hours or longer

2) When ready to AF, arrange 8 chicken wings in the basket. Set temperature @180 for 8 mins (different airfryer model and quality/quantity of ingredients used may differ slightly in results, hence pls open AF and check on your food when feel necessary). At about the 6th minute, flip the chicken wings over.

3) The cooked chicken wings should have nice colour on the outside and tender juicy inside. Repeat above step for the remaining chicken wings.
