Homemade Belgian waffles by Jennifer Lu



Ingredients A.
400g All purpose flour
40g Sugar
6g Salt
8g Dry yeast
2(AA) Eggs
160g Milk
60g Butter

Ingredients B.
80g Belgium pearl sugar

Method:
1. Put ingredients A into bread maker.Select the bread dough function.

2. Get out the dough from bread maker and roll each 35G dough into ball shape.(Around 30 balls)

3. Coat it with ingredients B.Cover all the small doughs with a wet towel and rise for bout 10-20 mins.

7. Pre-heat waffle maker and put each dough in the middle of the pan.Cook for 3-4.Serve with any fruit,jam or syrup as your choose.
