Dumplings Soup by Margaret Goh


Ingredients
250g minced pork (must have sufficient fats)
7-8 medium size prawns, coarsely chopped
3 water chestnut, chopped
4 sprigs of spring onions, chopped
1 tbsp of light soya sauce
1 flat tsp of salt
1.5 tsp of sugar
1 tsp of sesame oil
1.5 tsp of cornflour

Method
1 Mix everything very well together using your hand in a single direction (i.e. either clockwise or anticlockwise) till the mixture is well binded.
2. Refrigerate for 3 hours before wrapping in wonton skins.
3. Bring water to a boil. Cook dumplings for 4 minutes. Stir in between.
4. Dish them up and serve them in chicken broth.
