Airfried Chicken Wings in Lemon Plum Sauce by Margaret Goh

1. Marinate 10 chicken wings with 1 tbsp of light soya sauce, 1 tbsp of brown sugar, 0.5 tbsp of garlic paste, white pepper and a little dark soya sauce for colouring.
2. AF chicken wings for a total of about 15 minutes at 180 degree. At 10th minute, apply some of the marinade on the wings and continue to AF till golden brown .
3. Get ready in a bowl the juice of half a big lemon, 2 tbsp of lee kum kee plum sauce, 2 tbsp of sugar and 5 tbsp of water.
4. In a pan, pour in the seasoning and bring it to a boil.
5. Add the chicken wings into the pan. Let them cook till the sauce thickens.
6. Dish up, sprinkle with white sesame seeds and serve.

Note: My chicken wings are the small ones from the wet market. Frozen wings are usually bigger/fatter, so AF time would vary.
