"Beer" jelly... only need 2 ingredients!
10g gelatin powder
500ml apple juice.
Add 3tbsp apple juice to gelatin, mix. Microwave 30sec to dissolve gelatin.
Add all juice in and mix well.
Take another bigger bowl, put ice + water.
Put juice bowl in and let it sit 8 min.
After 8 min, take out and whisk. I use hand whisk. Bubbles will form.
Pour juice into glasses and fridge till set.
