Simple Prawn Dumplings Soup by Mabel Tan


 Ingredients.
30 medium prawns
200grams minced pork
8 water chestnuts (cut finely)...
1/2 carrots (cut into dice)
2 onions (cut finely)
5 garlic (cut finely)
1 pkt wonton skin
2 egg whites
1 tbsp seasme oil
1 tbsp soya sauce


Method.
Marinate the minced pork, water chestnut, onions, garlics, carrots together with the seasoning. Put in fridge for 1 hour.
Scoop a lil bit of e filing plus 1 prawn near e edge but not at Centre so tat u can twist n sealed off with egg white. After tat.
Put in e fridge for 30 min.
Boiled a pot of water, 1 tbsp seasme oil inside and put e wanton inside for 5 min n scoop up.
Prepared another pot with boh chye, scallop, chicken stock n brewed for 1 hr. Done!
