Recipe from:

Marinate the salmon with salt after you sliced the skin evenly.
Heat wok with oil.
Then place the salmon (skin down) don't touch it.
Wait for the salmon to turn brown abt 2/3 cooked from the bottom..the flip it (gently) to pan fry the other side of the salmon.
After about another 5mins or can see the Salmon is cooked. Then you can lift it up and garnish with your desire veg or etc.
