Vegetable Fritters by Anie Randu




Prepare:
Quarter cabbage (china)chop.
Half carrot (chop)
Coriander leaves
2onion,1garlic(bland it),1tsp pepper,few pinch of salt
Self raising flour,water
Cooking oil for deep fry it

Place the flour on the big bowl add the garlic,onion,pepper,salt slowly pour water on it n make dough(try not to tick)
Add in the chopped veggie stir untill the dough cover all the veggie
Now ready to deep fry it
