Strawberries Ice Cream by Vivian Tang

 
Ingredient:
235g of whipping cream
190g of condensed milk ...
1 tsp of vanilla extract
350g of strawberries + some extra straberries
 
Method:
1. Put whisk and whisking bowl in fridge for 15 min or more.
2. Blend 350g strawberries into puree. Cube the rest of the strawberries.
3. Mix condensed milk and vanilla extact till well combined.
4. Take out whisk and whisking bowl from fridge. Whisk whipping cream till stiff peak.
5. Scoop 1/3 of the whipping cream into mixture of condensed milk and vanilla extract. Fold it in till well combined. Continue with two more batches.
6. Add strawberries puree and fold till combined.
7. Add cubed strawberries.
8. Put in freezer for at least 6 hours.
