Steamed Fish & Tofu by Iris Ng


1 slice of groupa, red snapper or threadfin fish fillet, slice into 2 cm thickness and marinate with cornflour, salt and pepper...

Tofu cut into rectangle chunks..

young ginger, slice thinly

1tbsp wolf berries, rinse and drain...

1 stalk spring onions, slice thinly...

(Seasoning): 1/4 cup of chicken stock, 1 tsp chinese wine, 1 tbsp light soya sauce...

(METHOD): lay fish slices onto tofu, pour seasoning into plate, add wolf berries into seasoning, steam for 7 mins, switch off fire..add spring onions & cover for 1 min.remove from steamer..serve as part of a meat
