Pumpkin Ang Ku Kue Agar-agar by Linda Goh



Ing A
400 gr Pumpkin (steamed and mashed)

Ing B
1 packet of agar-agar powder
180gr sugar
750ml water
Some pandan leaves

Ing C
200ml milk
1/4 tsp orange colouring

Method
Bring Ing B to boil and add in Ing C, mix well, off fire. Pour the mixture into the mould till half and add in about 1/2 tbsp of Ing A, and fill up till full with agar-agar mixture.
Place into the fridge until set.
