桂花马蹄糕 osmanthus chestnut cake by Kitty Pinkypiggy



A) 115g chestnut powder
250ml water
B) 500ml water
120g sugar
1 tbsp osmanthus
2 water chestnut (diced)

1. Mix ingredient A, tgt until no lumps, set aside.
2. From Ingredient B, Bring 500ml water to boil & dissolve sugar. Off flame. Add in osmanthus to infuse. Add in water chestnut.
3. Pour A) & B) & stir
4. pour the mixture into tray
5. steam 10min over high flame
6. cool down before serving.
