Japanese Chiffon Cakes by Suri Aziz

4 eggs (seperate yolk and white)
Sugar 30g/40g
3tbsp oil...
1/2 cup plain flour
1/4 cup milk

Mix yolk, 30g sugar, oil and milk mix till all smooth. Set aside
In a clean bowl whisk 4 egg white and 40g sugar till soft peak.
Fold in e fluff to the yolk.
Fill cup 3/4 full, preheat oven 160c
Bake for 15 min. Depends on how big your cup is. Mine took 10 min. Enjoy
