Gula Melaka Agar Agar by Yvonne Mah



Ingredients:
800ml Water
Pandan leave, tied into a knot
100g Gula Melaka (adjust according to your preferred level of sweetness)
10g Agar Agar Powder
200ml Coconut Cream / Coconut Milk

Method:
1. Boil water with pandan leave, gula melaka & agar agar powder.
2. Add coconut cream / milk & bring to a boil again.
3. Pour into mould. Chill in refrigerator when it is completely set.
