Airfried Tim Chok (甜竹) by Michelle Heng



Ingredient
Tim Chok (whatever amount you want to cook)

Steps
1. Soak the tim chok till you can bend them slightly but not break them, takes about 5mins or less depending on the thickness of the tim chok.
2. Drain, pat dry and cut into short strips.
3. Lightly spray a spritz of oil onto the tim chok.
4. Airfry in preheated airfryer at 160 deg C for 15 mins, stir or shake basket every 5 mins to ensure even browning. May need to increase timing if tim chok is thicker, do use discretion.
5. Sprinkle on your desired dish.
6. Enjoy!
