Airfried Honey Cod Fish by Michelle Heng

Ingredients
4 pcs cod fish (300g)
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp mirin
1 tbsp sake
1/2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp cooking caramel
1 tsp maggi seasoning
2 tbsp honey

Steps
1. Wash and drain cod fish.
2. Marinade cod fish with all the seasoning except honey for at least 1/2-1 hr.
3. Airfry cod fish in preheated airfryer at 180 deg for 10mins (more if fish is thick) in either baking tin or grill pan. I stand my fish in the airfryer to get the maximum airfrying exposure, else one would have to flip fish at 1/2 time into cooking. Be very gentle when flipping as fish is very fragile and the likelihood of breakage is high.
4. Baste the fish with a layer of honey and airfry a further 3 mins. Serve hot.
