Air Fried Spicy Marinated Fish Wrapped in Pandan Leaf by Jennifer Lu



Ingredients:
6 small fish
6 pcs pandan leaf
Marinade:
1 Tbsp minced garlic
1 Tbsp minced shallot
2 Tbsp chilli paste
1 Tbsp chilli powder
1/2 Tbsp fish sauce
1 tsp tamarind paste
3-4 Tbsp water
Seasoning with sugar & salt

Steps:
1.Blend marinade ingredients until paste
2.Clean the fish and marinade the fish for at least 1 hour.
3.Wash pandan leafs
4.And pre-heat ur Airfryer or Oven.
5.Wrap fishes in pandan leaf.
6.AF or oven grill at 200°c for 20 mins or until cooked.
