Miso Pork Recipe

Ingredients:
Pork shoulder, sliced into two thick slices & tenderize with back of knife
1 heap tbsp red miso mixed with 3 tbsp japanese cooking wine into a paste

Method:
1. Marinate pork on both sides for 2 hours in fridge
2. Bring to room temperature before cooking
3. Line your AF base with aluminum foil
4. Place your pork slices on basket
5. Airfry at 180 degrees 5mins each on both sides. AF another 1-2 minutes to brown until desired.
Note: Choose pork shoulder with fats marbling. Thick slices works better to achieve browning. Thin slices cooked easily, dryer & less browning.
