Marinade :
4 tsp light soy sauce
3 tsp tomato kechap sauce
4 tsp hoisin sauce
2 tsp shao hsing hua tiao wine
3 tsp sugar
1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 tsp dark soy sauce
1/2 tsp sesame oil
Mix the marinade ingredients together in a large bowl. Cut the pork tenderloin in half across. Place the pork in plastic freezer bag and pour all ingredients to marinade. Make sure the pork is well coated with the marinade and leave them in the fridge for 2 hours.

To cook the pork, preheat the air fryer to 200º for 5 mins. Take the pork out of the marinade, reserving the marinade.


Place the pork in air fryer. Set to 200º for 15 mins. Once u see the color changes n charred at the sides. Flip the pork over and repeat the same.
Heat the reserved marinade with low heat until thick n syrupy. Slice the pork thinly and spread on the meat before serving. Bon appetite
