Sweet & "Spicy" Crabs by Angela Seah Thulin

Ingredients -
2 small-med size crabs
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp garlic (chopped)
1 tbsp ginger (grated)
1 tbsp shallots (chopped)
1 chilli padi (opt)
1/2 cup water
4 tablespoons tomato sauce
3 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp corn starch with 2 tsp water
1 egg (lightly beaten)

Directions:
1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan, stir fried the crabs first, half cooked. Scoop n set aside.
2. Then heat 1 tbsp oil, fry the garlic, ginger, shallots, and chilli and fry till fragrant, about a minute. Skip the chilli to point 4 if you don't wan it spicy.
3. Add the crabs back and fry for a minute
4. Add the water, tomato sauce, sweet chili sauce, sugar n mix well.
5. Then add corn starch and bring to a boil.
5. Stir the egg into the pan and continue to stir until the egg is cooked. Done!
