Roti Kirai by Suri Aziz



Ingredients:
3 cups plain flour
1cup milk / coconut milk/ evaporated milk
2 1/2 cups water
1 egg
3 tbsp melted butter
1 tsp tumeric powder
Salt

Method:
Mix all in blender till v smooth
No lumps
Pour into piping bag or use a squeeze bottle, and pipe onto pan.
