I used ready made puff pastry. Dust table top with lots of flour. Unroll the puff pastry. Cut it out. Then dust ur roller, roll it thin. Use a cookie cutter, cut out round n lay it on ur oiled muffin tray. Use a fork n press the bottom with holes softly. As for the fillings, 60ml of milk, 60 ml of whipping cream, about 15 gm of sugar, one lightly beaten egg, mix them. Pour directly into the muffin tray about 90%. Bake at 180 for 15 mins. In the event the top is not browning, put it at a higher rack near the heating element. Done!
