Marmite Prawns by Jo-anne Angel‎



Ingredients:
20 prawns, 5 big garlic cloves chopped finely, 2 tsp marmite, 2 tsp oyster sauce, a pinch of sugar, a dash of pepper, 3 stalks of spring onion. All seasonings can varies depends on ur liking.

Method:

heat pan n fry garlic to fragrance. Drain prawns before putting in. Stir fry until prawns are almost cooked, add in marmite n oysters n all other seasonings n tossed well.. served n garnish...

Don't add water to cook d prawns. Just let it pan fry till cooked both side.
