铁板豆腐 Hotplate Egg Tofu with Minced Chicken and Mushroom by Agnes Yue



Ingredients:
1 pkt of egg toufu
Little minced pork or minced chicken
1 dried shitake mushroom or any mushroom (cut into slices)
If used dried mushroom..Soak it and keep the water
Chopped garlic
1 egg (beaten with a pinch of salt)
Mix 2 tbsp Mushroom oyster sauce, Abit of sugar, Pepper n dried mushroom water)

Method:
Heat wok n put abit of oil
Pan fried the egg toufu till brown and put in a plate first

Heat wok Put some oil, put chopped garlic n fried awhile til fragant, put mushroom and minced pork n stir fry..
Put the oyster sauce, sugar, pepper and dried mushroom water and stir fry awhile.
Put the egg toufu in.
Quickly put egg b4 the sauce dry up...
Egg is abit cooked den is ready to serve!!
