Homemade Oreo chunk Ice Cream (without ice cream maker) by Angela Seah Thulin


Ingredients:
1 canned of sweetened condense milk 397g
1 tsp of pure vanilla extract
2 cups heavy cream (I use 36% fats)
14 pcs of Oreo biscuits (1 packet) or more if you like.
*Opt - pinch of salt

Steps -
1. Freeze your whisk attachment and mixing bowl for about 15 minutes.
2. Take a ziplock bag and put all the Oreo biscuits inside. Using my wooden roller, I roll and smack the biscuits to desire sizes. Set aside.
3. In a big bowl with the 397g of condensed milk add vanilla extract - mix them together just to combine.
4. Take the heavy cream out from the fridge 5. Remove whisk attachment and cold bowl from freezer. Pour the heavy cream into the cold mixing bowl and beat until firm peaks form.
6. Then fold in 1/3 of the ready cream into that point no. 3 mixture in one direction until combined.
7. Then do the rest 2/3 of the cream. Fold in slowly in one direction n combined well.
8. Add your Oreo pieces into the above and fold gently to mix evenly. Do not stir.
9. Pour into a container. Place with a piece of plastic wrap then cover lid.
10. Freeze for 6-8 hours or overnight until firm.
