Fish - I get from ntuc tioman fish fillet they have skinless fillet too .
Evaporate milk in can
Vege - cai xin
Tomatoes
Tofu
Fish cake

Hua diao wine
White thick mee hoon


Stock base - can use pork bone or chicken bones boil with ikan bilis n yellow beans .
Slice the fish marinate with light soya sauce n pepper .
Coat with cornflour pan fry with oil till golden brown . Leave aside .

When u ready to eat
scoop the stock base into a pot add ginger tomatoes tofu fish cake bring to boil add vege n light sauce n pepper to the soup then add noodles into it lastly add the milk if u like mrt milky add more . Then add the hua diao wine . Topped with fry fish . That it
