Ingredients
1) 3 onions,
2) grated 3 carrots
3) grated 1 small white cabbage shredded
4) 1 tbsp grain mustard (I used Djion Mustard)
5) 3 tbsp mayonnaise
6) Juice of a lemon Sea salt
7) freshly ground black pepper
METHOD
Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl, season to taste.
