Banana Nutella Strudels by Lena Lai



Thaw puff pastry. I used ready made puff pastry. Dust table top with lots of flour. Unroll the puff pastry. Cut it out. Then dust your roller, roll it thin. Use a cookie cutter, cut out round and lay it on your oiled muffin tray. Use a fork n press the bottom with holes softly. As for the fillings, spread some Nutella, put slices of banana on top, cover n press to seal the side. Slash the top lightly. Bake at 180 for 15 mins. Let it cool down, dust some castor sugar n decorate with berries. Done!
