Baked Garlic Butter Prawns by Alice Yap


Ingredients:
6 nos prawns
chopped garlic
butter
Marinade:
salt
pepper
red wine

Method:
1. Trim and remove vein from prawns.
Clean and drain. Add in marinade and marinate for 10 mins.
2. Mix chopped garlic and butter into garlic butter spread.
3. Pre-heat oven to 200 deg C. Place prawns onto a baking tray and spread with garlic butter. Bake for 8-10 mins. Remove and drizzle red wine over the prawns and serve.
