Airfried Nam Yee (Red Fermented Bean Curd) Chicken Wings by Michelle Heng

Ingredients
9 pc chicken wings
2 pcs nam yee
1.5 tbsp nam yee sauce
1 tbsp shaoxing wine
1 tbsp garlic powder

Steps
1. Wash and pat dry chicken wings.
2. Marinate the meat for at least 4 hrs (preferably overnight) with all the seasoning, covered in fridge.
3. Airfry in preheated airfryer at 180 deg C for 25 mins, turning once during half time. No need to spray any oil.
4. Drain on kitchen towel (because the wings will ooze oil) before serving.
5. Bon appetit!

Note
1. Dish can be deep fried if one does not own an airfryer.
