Airfried Miso Cod Fish by Michelle Heng

Ingredients
4 slices cod fish
2 tbsp miso
2 tbsp mirin
2 tbsp sake
2 tbsp sugar

Steps
1. Wash fish and marinade the fish with all the remaining ingredients thoroughly. Set aside in the fridge for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
2. Preheat airfry at 180 deg C.
3. Airfry the cod fish (preferably in the baking tin as it is easier to wash later) for 15 mins. Note: as I managed to stand the fish on it sides I need not turn the fish 1/2 time into cooking. If you airfry the fish flat, be gentle when flipping over during 1/2 time as the fish is fragile and may break up into piece. Spread a layer of marinade on the top side of the fish after flipping over.
4. Serve hot & bon appetit!
