Refund/Exchange Policy

All food products are deemed perishable and could be temperature sensitive. Singapore Home Cooks Pte Ltd upholds our product handling processes very strictly and items purchased cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded unless the item has been delivered in a damaged condition and rejected upon delivery. Damaged products will be replaced or refunded within 48 hours of reporting.
