Orange Chicken Stir Fry by Angela Koh
1 green onion cut into small pieces
1tbsp white sesame
1 peeled orange slices for garnish
Marinate1 orange freshly squeezed orange juice
1tbsp orange zest
1tbsp corn starch
1tbsp McCormick Perfect Pinch Garlic Pepper Salt Free
1tsp McChromic Himalayan Pink Salt Grinder
1tbsp light soya sauce
1tbsp ground ginger
2 clove garlic minced
Mix all up and use half of it to marinate the chicken fillets for half an hour.
- Heat 2tbsp oil pan fried the fillets till both sides turn slightly brown
- Add in the other half of the marinate to the fillets n fry, cover the wok for a few minutes, stir fry in between till the water thicken.
- Once chicken is cooked off fire n sprinkler the onion n white sesame to serve.
